The dark comedy is written and directed by Marti Noxon and is inspired by her experience with anorexia.Sharp won the Tony and Audience Choice Award for his leading performance as Christopher in The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-Time. The Juilliard grad will also feature in the movie How to Talk to Girls at Parties, directed and co-written by John Cameron Mitchell.To The Bone is additionally set to star Keanu Reeves, Lily Collins, Carrie Preston, Liana Liberto, Lili Taylor and Brooke Smith.
