Liberal media failed on Graham’s death

A man who spoke of God’s great love for mankind and of the gift of eternal life through the sacrificial gift of His son, Jesus Christ.Yet, the liberal media relegated coverage, including this newspaper, an almost “Oh, by the way, Billy Graham died and was buried.”I have seen more coverage given to the deaths of alleged criminals and convicted felons than given to Billy Graham.God help us as a nation.DAVID BROWNSchenectadyEditor’s note: The Gazette published a staff-written article on the front page with three photos that included information about Graham’s 1990 visit to Albany, a column at the top of the Opinion section, and five articles online. The day after Graham’s death, The New York Times published nearly two full pages of coverage with a front page story and eight photos.
